  • To enhance EM families’ understanding of the Mandatory Reporting of Child Abuse Ordinance (the Ordinance) and raise their awareness on child protection;
  • To enhance EM families’ and communities’ knowledge of their vital role in child protection;
  • To encourage parent-child interaction and positive communication among EM families to reduce the risk of child abuse; and
  • To expand EM communities’ support networks and the protection web for their children.
