Terms of Reference

1. To promote matters related to children’s well-being and development as well as the importance of children’s interests through public education and participation, including children’s rights and values as articulated in the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child;
2. To consider effective avenues/forums to facilitate children participation, promote public engagement with relevant stakeholders; and
3. To manage a funding scheme for non-governmental organisations to organise publicity activities or community projects on children-related issues.
